1. Quotations, Pricing & Order Confirmation

1.1. Official quotations issued by Safe Height Equipment are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.

1.2. Prices quoted exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax), freight, and site unloading unless explicitly itemized as inclusive. Applicable GST at 18% is levied on invoice generation in compliance with Indian tax law.

1.3. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an approved purchase order and agreed advance payment/security deposit as stated in the quotation terms.

2. Equipment Rental & Dispatch Terms

2.1. Rental Period: The rental duration commences on the date equipment is dispatched from Safe Height logistics nodes (Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata) and concludes when all components return to our warehouse in clean, undamaged condition.

2.2. Site Access & Offloading: Hirers are responsible for securing safe vehicle access, unloading facilities, and suitable weather-protected storage at the target jobsite.

2.3. Security Deposit: Refundable security deposits for rental towers are processed within 7 business days following off-rent inspection and reconciliation of component counts.

3. Maintenance, Modification & Equipment Care

3.1. Prohibition of Modification: Hirers and end-users shall NOT alter, weld, cut, or attach unapproved non-Safe Height components to mobile towers. Doing so immediately voids all EN1004 safety certifications and structural warranties.

3.2. Damaged Components: Any components rendered unserviceable due to concrete contamination, vehicle impact, or improper loading will be billed to the hirer at current replacement list prices.

4. Limited Warranty & Structural Liability

4.1. Safe Height warrants all manufactured aluminum structural components against metallurgical defects and structural weld failures for a period of 36 months from invoice date.

4.2. Safe Height shall not be liable for site operational downtime, indirect commercial losses, or accidents arising from uncertified operator assembly, exceeding platform load capacities (200 kg/m²), or operation in wind speeds exceeding 45 km/h.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with equipment sales or rental agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi / Gurugram, India.
